How can you not get political in 2025? I am disturbed, saddened, and disappointed when I find out someone doesn’t care for what’s happening around us. It feels like the world has always been on fire, but when it’s closer to home; when the flames reach your doorstep, when the smoke fills your lungs, it hits different, as they say. And today, after watching the vandalizing of the White House by MAGA Republicans, something inside me cracked. No more room for villains
As of November fifth of 2024, the human rights activist in me has been fiercely unleashed. Why? Because what we’re going through now has never been seen in the United States of America. Starting with an evidently rigged election (which was recently admitted by the Con Trump himself at one of his tacky rallies), everything this corrupt administration has done and is doing is a violation of all our rights. There seems to be not a single policy of his that benefits or supports the most vulnerable — the poor, the disabled, blacks, women, minorities… we are all oppressed under his dictatorship.
