The Rescue Plan – an excerpt
JUST BROWSING is a dating story I’ve been writing for a while, but one that I never quite know what to do with. I think it’s time it sees the light, though. I started publishing it as a series a couple of years back, but didn’t like where it was going. That’s why I’ve decided that I’ll publish it as just another short story instead. Raw material for writers?
I love quoting these words by Sylvia Plath because they strike a chord within me every time, and I bet within most storytellers. It goes like this: I love people. Everybody. I love them, I think, as a stamp collector loves his collection. Every story, every incident, every bit of conversation is raw material for me. If you connect with my words, that’s soooo GREAT. If you don’t, it’s also OK! Being a writer isn’t much of a lucrative business in modern times, unless you’re a celebrity [eye-roll]. It always baffles me how people so desperately prefer to read stories…

Your Flawless Small Chest
Somehow I landed on this plastic surgery TV show in Spain and thought it was necessary for me to share this image. This lady went back to her surgeon after her left implant deflated. She had to go through a couple of procedures to remove the sagging skin around her chest because, after all, the size of her implants had to be reduced. First, I couldn’t help but notice the size that she went for originally. It’s so disproportional to her body, what did she expect? I wonder if she ever tipped over. Second, I can never understand why any woman would go to this length, through this trouble, any…
